Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChatInfer's website, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Service Description
ChatInfer provides a platform for AI inference, chatbot deployment, and knowledge base services. During early access, services are provided on an invitation-only basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to generate harmful or abusive content, to violate others' rights, or to interfere with the operation of our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Our services, including our API, website, documentation, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services. We do not claim ownership of your data or AI-generated outputs produced through your use of our platform.
Limitation of Liability
ChatInfer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
